Applications are invited for an Administrator in Open Studio at the Glasgow School of Art. This role is based in Glasgow city centre and place of work will be on campus.
Open Studio – Continuing Education offers a range of courses for adults and young people to support their creative development. This can be for progression to higher education through Portfolio Provision or for skills and personal development through day and evening classes. It also runs a wide range of summer schools and attracting a wider audience from the UK and internationally.
Part time
The role is permanent and we are offering this on a part time basis (17.5 hours per week) with the below shift pattern:
- Monday and Tuesday 09:00 – 17:00
Please note that flexibility is required. Occasionally and with notice, these times may be adjusted to include evening and weekend working.
The successful candidate will join a busy customer focused department, to support all aspects of planning and delivery of the programme to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and efficient, streamlined process in their administration.
The successful candidate must be proficient with all aspects of Microsoft Windows, confident and diplomatic approach in liaising with students, tutors and staff across GSA.
This role is subject to satisfactory PVG check.
