Your new role
This is a newly created Property Administrator role supporting a busy team with all of their administrative needs. Duties include but not limited to:
Proofreading documents Managing inboxes Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments -a proactive and highly organised style of working Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation - a high level of attention to detail is needed Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence Managing CRM and Project Management databases Implementing and maintaining procedures and administrative systems Liaising with colleagues, suppliers and clients What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this job you will need to be:
