Quality Assurance Assistant / Administrator - Coleraine - Permanent

Your focus within the Quality Assurance department will be to maintain quality documentation, ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures and regulations. Duties will include:
- Control and compilation of procedures, forms, specifications, and issuance of batch records
- Review of shipment labels and documentation
- Final physical check of shipments and paperwork prior to collection by carriers
- Issue of loose-leaf paperwork and logbooks
- Preparing reports and booklets
- Assisting during audits in document retrieval and copying
- Preparation of meeting rooms and taking meeting minutes
- Administration and maintenance of company staff training records
Criteria:
- Previous administration experience essential
- 5 GCSE’s or equivalent including English and Mathematics
- Computer literate with particular emphasis in using Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
- Proven organization skills
- Excellent attention to detail
