Role: Administrator Team Leader
Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
Salary: £32,500 per annum
Contract: Monday - Friday - 37.5 hours - between the hours of 8am - 6pm
This is a fully office based role
Main Requirements of Administrator Team Leader:
- Delivering an outstanding administrative service in accordance with departmental standards, procedures, and guidelines
- Supervising the entire assigned team, including leadership responsibilities such as recruitment, induction, motivation, retention, appraisals, and performance management
- Possessing comprehensive knowledge of all procedures within the Patient Services team
- Providing continuous support to the Patient Services Manager
- Demonstrating proficiency in understanding and upholding all departmental systems
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the designated team
- Ensuring that all team members meet targets established by yourself in alignment with company objectives
- Generating required reports as specified by the Patient Services Manager
- Coaching and developing members of the Patient Services Administration Team
- Sustaining and elevating customer service standards
- Participating in and contributing to various projects
Requirements of Administrator Team Leader:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience managing a team
- Strong team player with a 'can do' attitude
- Excellent database management skills
- Strong communication and written skills
