Vanta Staffing High Wycombe ae looking for a Team Administrator with SAGE experience or similar to work within a busy office in High Wycombe.
Team Administrator
GBP24-GBP26k per annum
Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
Duties of the Team Administrator:
- Process customer orders and invoicing through SAGE
- Checking accounts, payment and billing processes.
- Managing incoming emails and responding to queries.
- Sage housekeeping - Maintain promised dates, up to date credit information & customer account status.
- Create pro-forma invoices & credit notes through Sage.
- Liaise between other internal teams within the business.
- Liaise with customers daily to ensure their expectations are fully met and products are delivered on time.
- Create despatch notes and invoices.
- Assist the Supply Manager and other Managers with administrative duties.
Skills required for the Team Administrator:
- Sage 50 and/or 200 experience.
- Experience in admin and customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft office packages.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of project processes.
