Team Administrator

Permanent, Monday Friday, Office Based
£23,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience)
We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join a Customer Engagement Team where you will support both marketing and training functions, delivering exceptional service to customers.
If you are able to demonstrate a strong work ethic, dedication to delivering outstanding service, meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of Excel, we want to hear from you!
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, events, and webinars
- Assisting with event management
- Sending emails using MailChimp
- Updating mailing lists
- Scheduling training activities and organising training materials
- Responding to email and telephone queries
Experience with MailChimp and/or HubSpot is preferred but not required.
