Jackson Hogg is looking to recruit an Administrator for a fantastic professional services client based in Manchester.
Working Pattern - Full time 9:00 - 5:30 (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)

Key Responsibilities
To provide administration support to Plot Sales
- Opening file
- Setting up new users on our online portal (Collaborate)
- File closing
- General updates
- Assisting the team with any other matters
- General administration
- Scanning documents onto the systems
- Issuing sales packs to buyers' Solicitors
- Using case management system
- Liaising with clients and buyers' Solicitors
- Obtaining documents from Land Registry portal/search providers
- Dealing with payments in.
Key Attributes/Sales
- Administrative experience in an office environment desirable
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook and case management systems
- Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative and as a member of the plot sales team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible approach
- Telephone and client service skills.
