Administrator
CantelloTayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our client based in Windsor on an ongoing temporary basis.
The successful Administrator will be responsible for:
- Meeting and greeting visitors when entering the office
- Managing meeting rooms and ensuring they are ready and fully equipped for the booked meetings
- Answering calls and directing to the relevant department.
- Providing support to the Finance, HR and Recruitment team with ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Ordering office supplies and liaising with suppliers.
- Distributing all incoming post to the different departments.
- Providing support to the Office Manager including managing the car park rota
- Ad hoc duties including printing, binding and scanning
The Administrator will have:
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Strong attention to detail with excellent grammar and written skills
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- The ability to work independently and under pressure
