The main role of the administrator is to provide efficient, professional and effective administrative support within Charles Court.
Provides efficient and effective administrative support to the site, including document and report production, telephone enquiries, diary management, meeting and greeting visitors and other admin tasks.
Handle external and internal enquiries, passes on enquiries to correct departments.
Ensure that all information and documentation is correctly processed in line with policies and procedures in order that regulatory, statutory, compliance and financial requirements are met. Maintaining audit trails, processing pay roll on a weekly and monthly basis.
Managing budgets for spends in each department, processing orders and dealing with invoices.
