What will the role involve:
- Collate data and produce monthly reports.
- Liaising with external clients to ensure all documentation is completed in an efficient manner and stored accordingly.
- General office support including scanning, filing, responding to email queries and answering the phone.
- Ensure the internal database is maintained with accurate client records.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Efficient time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Confident with IT packages including MS Outlook, Powerpoint and Word.
- Good attention to detail.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
