Hours per week: 35-37 Monday - Friday, normal working hours
This opening assignment is for 3-4 months

Enhanced DBS disclosure required
To carry out a range of administrative duties for the team with limited supervision, which may involve written, telephone or face to face contact with the public or internal colleagues and the application of organisational procedures and systems
Key Responsibilities
To provide clerical and administrative assistance.
Update databases.
Research, analysis, and reconciliation support
Maintain diaries and arrange appointments.
General office system support including minute taking

Qualifications:
3 GCSE's, Grades A-C, or equivalent including English and Mathematics
Experience:
Experience or awareness of issues facing those affected by substance misuse
Experience of working in an environment where you maintain records and minutes of confidential multi-agency meetings.
Skills & Abilities:
Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).
