Working Hours: 08:15 - 16:15 - Tuesday - Friday
£11.50 per hour - For all hours worked and approved
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for student inquiries and parent communications.
- Support the Principal and administrative team in various projects and initiatives.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the secondary school.
- Manage student records, schedules, and enrolment processes efficiently.
- Coordinate with faculty, staff, and parents to ensure smooth functioning of school activities
- Assist in student recruitment, admissions, and orientation programs
- Utilise administrative software and tools to maintain accurate records and streamline processes
Qualifications:
- Must have current DBS check.
- Must have SIMS Administration knowledge.
- Previous experience in secondary school administration or similar role preferred.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and administrative software
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
