As an Administrator/Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that clients have a good impression of the organisation and resolve their queries efficiently. Working alongside another helpful Administrator/Receptionist you will:

  • Oversee the day to day running of Reception ensuring that all clients receive a warm greeting both in person and by phone
  • Answer and respond to client queries in an efficient manner consulting systems where necessary
  • Book client meetings and monitoring financial adviser diaries
  • Produce routine emails, standard letters and correspondence
  • Data management of all potential customer leads and associated data cleansing
  • Allocate "customer leads" to financial advisers to ensure future business
  • Assist Directors as and when required
  • Ad hoc project work
  • Covering your colleague during holidays and willing to learn new tasks

As an Administrator/Receptionist administrator you will have:

  • Good administration skills with the ability to juggle priorities
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident in responding to incoming calls and taking messages
  • Clear and articulate communication skills with a warm and engaging personality and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and learning new systems
  • Positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
