Salary: £45,249 - £47,703 (inclusive of 12.5% market supplement)
Hours per week: 37 hours

Our team is led by a dedicated Occupational Therapy Manager and supported by our esteemed Principal Occupational Therapist. We pride ourselves on active collaborations with prestigious institutions such as Bournemouth University and UWE, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
In this role, you'll focus on Customers in Discharge to Assess (D2A) beds, striving for a 70% success rate in guiding them back to independent living. Your hands-on approach involves closely working with care home residents, using both equipment and occupational therapy skills for a smooth return home.
You'll collaborate with healthcare professionals and social workers for optimal outcomes, conducting assessments, setting goals, creating personalised reablement plans and provide supervision and support for complex cases within your team.
If you have over 3 years of post-qualification experience, hold a full UK Driver's license, understand occupational therapy laws and are ready to take on an exciting challenge, we want to hear from you! Join us in creating success stories of individuals in Wiltshire reclaiming their independence.

This position comes with a 12.5% market supplement payment. All market supplement payments are subject to review on an annual basis.
