Salary: £42,003 - £44,084 (inclusive of 12.5% market supplement)

Elevate your career by becoming a pivotal member of our Reablement Team, making a positive impact on individuals' lives post-hospitalisation, rebuilding confidence, and enhancing daily activity skills.
Our Experienced Occupational Therapists provide professional support, train team members, and act as expert advisors on equipment and decision-making. The role primarily focuses on working with individuals over the age of 18 with a physical or sensory impairment. Mental health issues or a learning Disability. Whoever they are, we make sure the person is at the heart of everything we do.
You'll manage a challenging and diverse caseload, conduct strengths-based OT assessments, and apply person centred principles to promote well-being and positive risk-taking. You will support people in a mixed caseload who are returning from Hospital or experiencing a change in their abilities in the community with the autonomy to manage your own time and schedule.

This position comes with a 12.5% market supplement payment. All market supplement payments are subject to review on an annual basis.
