Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to join our team. As a Care Worker, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care, ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Duties:
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications as prescribed and assist with medical treatments
- Create and implement care plans tailored to each client's specific needs
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Accompany clients to appointments or social outings as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
What we need from you as a Care Worker:
- You must be over 18 to apply
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Previous experience in home care or a similar role is preferred but not required
- Flexibility on travel - some shifts may require you to drive or have access to public transport
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
- Familiarity with care plans and procedures
- Knowledge of care home regulations and best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
