SalaryOur client, a prestigious talent management agency, is seeking a diligent Agent’s Assistant who is keen to develop a career in a management agency.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Managing the Agent’s diary and organising travel and itineraries.
• Preparing Agent’s expenses.
• Serving as a first point of contact for offers of work for clients.
• Obtaining information regarding dates and details of clients’ work offers.
• Organising arrangements for clients to carry out work to include travel and itineraries.
• Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of all offers and contracts.
• Attending theatre, events, and Drama School showcases regularly and seeking out new talent.
• Script reading and producing writing breakdowns.
• Supporting with client casting.
• Maintaining the contacts database.
• Connecting calls including conference calls.
Requirements:
• Relevant experience and assistant/administrative acumen.
• Available weekends/evenings to attend events.
• Presentable, working with high profile clients.
• Genuine interest in the Theatre and Film industry.
• Confident working in a fast-paced environment and working under pressure.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good team player.
• Enthusiastic and dedicated to the role.
