Role overview
This role will involve supporting a team of consultants in the execution of successful market research projects involving payer research, pricing and Market Access. This person will also support senior team members with business development activities.
What will I be doing?
- Payer and multi-stakeholder research
- Value proposition development
- Market access strategy
- Pricing and reimbursement
- Follow standard procedures to undertake secondary research; understand and utilise all available data sources efficiently; make recommendations for new sources;
gather and analyse data; identify and design appropriate methods of research
- Support delivery of interview programmes
- Undertake telephone and face-to-face interviews with payers, KOLs and other external stakeholders
- Develop structured discussion guides, making on-going amendments where necessary
- Support coordination of advisory board logistics
- Support identification of prospective clients and business development opportunities
- Develop product information
- Shadow senior colleagues on client calls and at meetings
- Contribute to proposal writing (research, development of specific sections)
- Execute tasks to a client ready standard
- Ensure that all data is accurate and consistent, and any inconsistencies are flagged up to the project manager
- Ensure appropriate referencing, formatting, spelling and grammar
- Proactively communicate with colleagues ensuring mutual exchange of information
- Utilise own knowledge and expertise to support the induction process for new colleagues
Ipsos UK offers a hybrid working environment, 3 days in the office and working the rest from home.
What do I need to bring with me?
- A background in a life sciences, heath economics or related disciplines
- Experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector and/or research/consultancy environment is desirable
- Experience of project work, specifically desk research and report building
- Ability to work to tight and immoveable deadlines
- Excellent organisational, writing and planning skills
- A collaborative team member
- Ability to identify issues and create solutions
- Flexibility and willingness to travel if necessary
- A positive work ethic and a “can do” attitude
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills (in English)
- Additional language skills an advantage
