The Pay with Bank transfer (PwBt) is a dynamic, results driven business unit within GMS UK, targeting becoming the Number 1 Open Banking Payments provider in the UK.
The product team focuses on developing our open banking payments offering in the market by innovating and keeping abreast of industry standards as well as driving our product performance within the market. We are looking for an ambitious and details orientated Product Analyst with a key focus on Operations and Analysis.
As part of this team, you will work closely with our Senior Product Managers and Business Development team to deliver best in class payments technology and a key benefit is that you have a real opportunity to drive innovation and shape the future of payments, both internally and externally.
How will you make an impact in this role?
- Help define and support execution on the product roadmap, priorities and growth opportunities
- Own bank conversion analysis including monitoring and reporting regularly on bank and partner data.
- Market insights: have a proactive approach to build up knowledge base around everything open banking in the external market, being able to contribute internally to product strategy.
- Stakeholder management: build meaningful relationships with key internal teams to support the performance and growth of PwBt.
- Full participation in and support on all regulatory and compliance requirements for the product
- Create and maintains all processes that ensure streamlined efficiencies across the product team
- Acts as point of contact for all third-party management questions
- Reporting: take ownership of all merchant reporting for internal use as well as supporting the business development team with key insights.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship management experience, preferably experience in an external facing role.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with good attention to detail.
- Comfortable in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Self-starter with exceptional organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- Flexibility, curiosity and creativity with a positive can-do attitude.
- University degree or significant relevant professional experience.
