The company is 16 years old and in 2015 was the first ever peer-to-peer lending company, giving their customers access to loans built for real-life and intelligent investments backed by cutting-edge tech with a data-driven focus. Big growth within the business is planned over the next 3-5 years.
THE ROLE
The role is a Data and Analytics Manager for the Saving's product portfolio where you will have the opportunity to make an impact and help optimise the Saving's account products through a data-centric approach.
You can expect to be involved in the following day-to-day:
- Generate key insights from data and drive decision-making through insights and analysis on customer, market, industry, and commercial data.
- Model potential and recently launched features or products to analyse financial benefits/outcomes and customer views.
- Deliver monthly Savings MI and present findings to savings Team and senior leadership/stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Software Engineers, Product Designers, and Operations to solve problems and build the best possible experience for consumers.
- Foster a deep understanding of the savings market to gain a better understanding of changes to MI and commercial models.
- Monitor key metrics of growth initiatives to identify improvement opportunities and propose new and innovative solutions to drive growth.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong Mathematical degree from a Russel Group University with at least an A in Maths for A-level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a quantitative background and are excited by data.
- Experience working with Senior Management/Stakeholders.
- Previous coding experience using Amplitute, Excel, and SQL.
