AREA SALES MANAGER (Scotland) Covering Aberdeen area
Objective: To maximise sales of the product range to new and existing customers
Experience: Proven experience in sales/negotiation and candidate must have product knowledge in the Hydraulics Industry plus good communication/presentation skills with the ability to work under pressure. Customer base is within the Oil & Gas Industry.
Tasks
Build rapport with existing customer base.
Increase business with existing customers.
Identify and establish new business by cold calling and obtaining referrals.
Organise sales visits.
Follow up outstanding quotations.
Work closely with design engineers at OEM level.
Reporting via CRM system.
Provide product support to distributors.
Promote and manage the sales of products within the defined sales area.
Attend trade exhibitions in order to search for potential new business.
Ensure sales targets are met.
Create sales area forecasts.
