Day-to-day of the role:- Raising monthly sales invoices for contracted customers.
- Allocating card and Direct Debit payments.
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Managing credit control activities.
- Performing other financial administrative duties to support the finance team.
- Proven accounts experience is essential.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on prompt task completion.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confidence in processing invoices and experience in doing so.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with statement reconciliations and handling queries.
- Positive and outgoing attitude.
- Sage 50 experience is desirable, although not essential.
