Are you an experienced and passionate educator with a focus on inclusion and leadership? Reeson Education is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Head/Inclusion for a mainstream primary school in Putney. This role offers an April start and provides an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the school community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement inclusive practices and policies that support the diverse needs of all students.
- Lead and manage the school's provision for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), ensuring high-quality provision and support.
- Provide guidance and support to staff in implementing effective strategies to promote inclusion and support the learning and well-being of all students.
- Contribute to the overall strategic direction and development of the school as a member of the senior leadership team.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with significant experience in a leadership role within a school setting.
- Strong understanding of inclusive education and experience working with students with SEND.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Dedication to promoting inclusion and ensuring the success of all students.
