An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Assistant HR Business Partner based in Swindon with a leading Local Authority.
Rate: £34/hour – Umbrella.
37 hours per week.
 
Responsibilities:
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE MANAGING RESTRUCTURES, COMPLEX CASEWORK AND TUPE
CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN THE OFFICE EVERY WEDNESDAY AND HAVE FLEXIBILITY TO BE ONSITE AS AND WHEN REQUIRED FOR FACE TO FACE MEETINGS.
We are seeking an experienced Assistant HRBP to work on employee relations case management. We need candidates with strong ability and experience in managing all ER complex casework and Change programmes, such as restructures and Tupe programmes and experience with union engagement.
Hybrid working available - note that the successful candidates must be in the office every Wednesday and be available to attend the office on an ad-hoc basis.
