Assistant IT Manager - Caribbean

Salary: $45,000 - $52,000 + Housing Allowance + Benefits + Work Permit + Home leave + more!

Location: Turks & Caicos

Renowned for its luxury estate developments, our client is currently searching for a driven individual to fill the role of Assistant IT Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime and disruption to operations
• Assist in the administration and maintenance of the organization's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
• Perform regular backups of critical data and systems, and test backup procedures to verify their effectiveness
• Assist in managing relationships with IT vendors, suppliers, and service providers
• Assist in ensuring compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulations, including data privacy laws and industry standards

Ideal Assistant IT Manager:

• 2-4 years of experience in similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• Hospitality or Entertainment Industry experience preferred

• Proficient in Windows Software
• Ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative solutions to complex problems
