Job title: Assistant Management Accountant

What you’ll be doing:
- Monitor financial performance of Radway Green Site Operations cost base areas. Advising on regular reviews with senior stakeholders and helping provide independent and robust financial challenge.
- Delivery of accurate and consistent management reporting information for Radway Green Site Operations area including hours and site stock reports.
- Support the Cost Performance Lead in the 5-year Integrated Budget Plan for all aspects of a manufacturing business, including support to the direct labour rate calculation, co-ordination and challenge inputs with budget holders to generate labour and non-labour requirements.
- Preparation of monthly accruals, prepayments & account correction journals and raising purchase requisitions to support operation, engineering and production requirements.
- Attend monthly Capital review meetings and present updates on capital programmes, including revised forecasts.
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Advanced Excel
- CIMA, ACA or ACCA Qualified/Part Qualified or equivalent career experience
Desirable:
- Preferably experience with in FP&A and/or Partnering in manufacturing or service-based industry
- Experience of SAP

The Accountant Team:
You will have the opportunity to lead the site and this in turn will help to develop the individual in line with their career aspirations. The natural progression ultimately will led lead to a Management Accountant role You will also be responsible for managing an area for the site and there will be scope to implement change into the role and adopt best practice.
