I am delighted to be partnering with a prestigious organisation based in Ipswich seeking to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant in a key role responsible for the administration of the organisation’s finances.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Management of monthly pension returns for all Company pension schemes, in accordance with scheme rules and deadlines.
- Credit control as required.
- Sales ledger management, invoice generation, dispute investigation and resolution.
- Working with the Marketing department to ensure all billing is raised accurately and payment is received in accordance with the contract.
- Daily bank postings.
- Direct Debit collection, allocations.
- Administration and record keeping for ad hoc billing and payment.
- Supporting with month end postings to facilitate completion of monthly management accounts.
- Completion of Balance Sheet reconciliations for review.
The successful candidate will be an AAT studier or qualified or embarking on ACCA / CIMA with experience gained within a similar role and good Excel skills. You will be a strong team player whilst able to work on your own initiative, and possess excellent communication skills.
