Description
The key responsibilities for the Assistant Store Manager include:
- Day to day support of management of the store alongside the Store Manager.
- Assisting the Store Manager with recruitment, training, and management of the employees of the store.
- Working closely with the other employees of the store to portray the organisations vision within the store.
- Assisting the store manager with staff scheduling and stock ordering.
- Finding new ways of working and improving efficiencies within the store.
Profile
The successful Assistant Store Manager will be:
- Proactive and have a positive can-do attitude.
- Responsible and reliable, able to deputise for the Store Manager when needed.
- Strong organisational skills to manage stock room and staff rotas.
- A supervisor looking for a position to step up into.
- Experienced in a fast paced retail environment.
Job Offer
On offer for the successful Assistant Store Manager is:
- £30,000 per annum.
