Our client is a upper market independant estate agency looking for proactive, motivated, and sales-focused individuals to join thier fast-paced Client Services Department based in St James.
This exciting opportunity for someone with strong verbal and written communication skills who is interested in structured career progression alongside uncapped earnings.
This role is to generate business for the network through building relationships with vendors, landlords and developers. You will pro-actively inform and advise prospective clients through close and regular contact, with the aim of securing their business and maximising opportunities with the company.
As a Business Development Executive, you will need to:
- Identifying new business
- Generating appointments for office Directors
- Proactively maintaining contact with clients
- Make outbound calls from the database to customers and clients
- Cross sell and upsell the a full range of services
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous telesales experience
- Demonstrate the ability to hit and exceed targets
- Have excellent communication skills over the telephone
- Have a pro-active and can do approach
- Be well spoken and articulate
- Be highly motivated to succeed
- Property background is desirable but not essential
