Role: Assistant Security Manager As our Assistant Security Manager, you will be the driving force across various functions, supporting every facet of our business. - Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of The Other House, maintaining exceptional standards.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to proactively resolve issues, ensuring resident satisfaction.
- Conduct daily safety visits to identify potential dangers to residents and housemates.
- Utilize equipment in line with training to positively impact residents and housemates' safety.
- Assist with incident reporting and investigations to prevent recurrence.
- Assist the Security Manager in developing, implementing, and enforcing security policies and procedures.
- Support the Head of Security with daily operations, including scheduling, training, and performance management of the security department.
- Conduct regular security patrols of premises and respond promptly to potential security threats.
- Monitor CCTV footage and access control systems.
- Liaise with external security personnel and emergency services as required.
