Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the security team, including scheduling and training.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address security risks.
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to security across the hotel.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
- Conduct investigations into security-related incidents and prepare detailed reports as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve security measures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a security leadership role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues at all levels
- Sound knowledge of security systems, procedures, and protocols
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends.
