Requirements:

• Previous experience in a security leadership role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
• Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues at all levels
• Sound knowledge of security systems, procedures, and protocols
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends.
