Our client is an international investments firm that has a fantastic culture and exceptional benefits. Due to expansion, they are recruiting for an Executive Assistant to support 2 directors, in global diary and travel management.

You will ensure that the Directors have right hand support whilst they drive forward internal projects around business improvement and technology.

The EA will put together PowerPoint presentations and will act as a key conduit throughout the business on the Directors' behalf. You will not deal with inbox management so this may suit an experienced Team Assistant, looking to support less people.

If you have experience in financial services and / or an interest in tech, this would be beneficial.

The role is hybrid, with 3 days in the West end office.
