The opportunity
We are seeking an Enterprise Associate Lecturer to join our team at London College of Fashion.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality teaching and support to students across specified courses, focusing on Enterprise within the context of Fashion. You will work within the established curriculum, learning outcomes, and teaching methodologies to provide a robust educational experience.
You will offer up-to-date knowledge, expertise, and professional practice or research experience in Fashion Enterprise and Entrepreneurship. Additionally, you will supervise students in developing business plans for their Final Major Projects or Capstone Projects at both undergraduate and master's levels.
About you
The successful candidate will have a BA/BSc or equivalent degree, along with essential teaching experience. You should have a proven track record in teaching and assessing Enterprise and Entrepreneurship in a higher education environment or possess equivalent experience with a strong interest in teaching at the HE level.
You will have experience supervising research projects at both undergraduate and master's levels. The ability to apply innovative approaches in teaching, learning, and professional practice, including coaching, is essential. You will promote excellent pedagogy and inclusivity in Enterprise and Entrepreneurship and integrate your own research to enhance learning and assessment practices.
