Core Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with key partners internally and externally
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities as advised
- Liaise with partners to acquire performance data of the content in terms of viewership, revenue, and key audience engagement metrics
- Assist with financial planning
- Curating and packaging content in a way that appeals to the target audience,
- Conducting market analysis and research to stay current, identify trends, audience preferences, and potential gaps in the market.
- Track content sales information such as partner/platform, launch dates, and rights.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders

The Associate ManagerContent Partnerships & Distribution will be responsible for supporting the execution of the content strategy for The LEGO Group.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the kids media space with a proven understanding of content distribution. The role will focus on supporting the existing content distribution team, as well as building new relationships with content partners across all platforms and business models.
