Associate/Senior Associate, Banking Lawyers

Job Description

The team serves a diverse range of funders, including banks, insurers, and debt funds.

The purpose of this role is to undertake a wide range of finance work, overseeing all aspects of lending transactions. While the work will primarily involve all Scottish partners, it may also involve partners from London.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE with broad knowledge in corporate banking law. Consideration will be given to both Scots law and/or English law candidates.

The positions are full-time with hybrid working options available, however, the firm is also open to individuals seeking part-time work (4 days).
