I am urgently seeking an experienced ACA/ACCA qualified Audit and Accounts Manager to join the my client's impressive Cambridge office.
You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients which are varied industries, and the firm focus mainly on the OMB market for companies with turnovers of up to £20m!
You will be required to brief staff on audit clients, hold pre-audit meetings, prepare time budgets for assignments and communicate project plans with clarity ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and effectively, allocating resources correspondingly.
A key part of your role with involve spotting talent and encouraging the professional development of junior staff to ensure they are sufficiently challenged thus reaching their full potential.
