Job Description
As a member of this growing audit team you will:
- Report to a Manager, Senior Manager or Director/ Partner.
- Work effectively in an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution.
- Supervise our field teams to successfully execute audit engagements.
- Manage client relationships day to day.
- Mentor and coach junior members of our team.
- Help to drive continuous improvement in audit methodology and develop new ways of working through innovation and transformation.
- Participate in practice management activities, including facilitation of internal training courses and staff development.
- Engage with and support wellbeing activities with the team and the wider Portfolio function.
- Support the development of the practice, potentially through facilitation of internal training courses or staff development.
The Successful Applicant
Ideal candidates will have:
- Hold or be in the final stages of achieving a relevant professional qualification, e.g. ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA, ICAS or overseas equivalent.
- Experience as an external auditor
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated approach
