Audit Manager - Corporate Finance / Capital Markets

You will work across front office Capital Markets (non-sales/trading) and oversee audit work across equity and debt Capital Markets, syndicated lending, leveraged finance, M&A, Corporate Finance, and related business areas, and must be willing to undertake hands-on execution work where required.

You should apply for this role if you are/have:

• 8+ years audit and finance experience within major investment banks
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets businesses (not sales and trading)
• Equity Capital Markets, debt Capital Markets, M&A/advisory, Corporate Finance experience (or similar)
• Experience as a Senior Audit Manager including quality assuring audit work
• Ability to undertake hands-on audit execution work
• Degree educated or higher from a leading academic institution

This is a £550-£600/day PAYE role based London, initially for six months
