1.Receive managerial supervision and appraisal from the Family Support Team Leader and be willing to receive further training in-line with the hospices overall aims. 2.Receive professional supervision as arranged 3.Provide Social Work perspective and communicate appropriately with all staff, liaise with other departments and agencies and attend departmental and inter-departmental meetings as appropriate/required. 4.Maintain own standards of education and professional development as required by Social Work England meeting their requirements of registration. 5.Contribute to audit and research to inform and develop good practice within the hospice and wider professional sphere. 6.Participate and contribute to the hospices clinical governance arrangements. 7.Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by the Family Support Team Leader 8.To actively participate in the specific developments of the Family Support Team (FST) and the overall developments of the hospice services. 9.Take an appropriate level of responsibility within the hospice for dealing with safeguarding children and vulnerable adults in line with local council policy under the direction of the identified Safeguarding Leads. 10.Take the opportunity to accept support when needed and contribute to FST learning and reflection.
