Job Description:

The Banking & International (B&I) organization oversees the local delivery of the full firm to clients in more than 90 markets where Citi has an on-the-ground presence. Its purpose is to effectively and consistently harness the power of Citi’s talent, expertise and global reach to serve and support large and mid-sized companies, wherever they do business, with achieving their strategic objectives.

As a core pillar of the B&I Chief Operating Office (COO), the Banking Transformation Team works with the business, function and execution teams, along with its second line of defense partners, to deliver against its transformational goals across a variety of programs.

This is an exciting opportunity for an inquisitive, proactive and experienced team player to support the organization on its multi-year transformational journey.

As a valued member of the Banking Transformation Team, you will:

  • Operate across a variety of transformational programs, including Finance, Business Processes, Operational/Compliance Risk and Culture/ Accountability.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure Banking’s target state design requirements are captured and communicated.  
  • Help ensure milestones, deliverables and activities are delivered in a timely, accurate and complete manner, with appropriate socialization and approvals.
  • Assist the team in reporting status updates, risks, issues and escalations into governance, including supporting the coordination and delivery of the Banking Transformation Forum.
  • Attend key Banking Transformation related meetings, and where required, represent the team at global meetings (e.g., working groups led by the Global Central Controls Organization).

  • Articulate and persuasive with the judgement to provide accurate and insightful commentary to senior stakeholders.

  • Strong oral, written and presentational skills.
  • Experience in executing complex programs.
  • Background in process, risk and controls within a Banking organization is preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
