**Behavior Support Worker, Bradford - Temp to Perm oppertunity**

**Position:** Behavior Support Worker

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young individuals? Veritas Education is seeking dedicated Behavior Support Workers to join our team to work full-time on behalf of our partner school in the Bradford area.

**Role and Responsibilities:**
- Provide behavior support and intervention strategies to students, promoting positive behavior and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to implement individualized behavior plans.
- Assist in the development and implementation of behavior management strategies.
- Support students with special educational needs in accessing the curriculum and achieving their full potential.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment conducive to positive behavior.

**Requirements:**
- Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) on the Update Service is required.
- Excellent behavior management skills are essential.
- Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational or similar setting is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage challenging situations effectively.
