This civil engineering contractor is looking for an experienced BID Manager with a strong background in civils and plant related projects.
Be in charge of all tender submissions, driving business development and adding value to the business.

The role of the Bid Manager will include:
*Managing full tender of the cycle process within the civil engineering sector as well as plant deliverables.
*Work closely with senior management and engineers to ensure tenders and bids are accurate and meet industry standard
*Identify areas of improvement to add value to processes to increase success rates of tenders and drive business development to maintain existing and new client relationships
*Be office based full time

The successful Bid Manager will have:
*Degree or equivalent in civil engineering
*Proven experience in a previous/similar role
*commutable to South Lanarkshire area
