About the Team:
At our largest UK site in Harrogate, the Immunochemistry team in the Bioanalytical division is responsible for performing analytical testing on traditional large molecule drug products using Ligand Binding techniques.
Internship Assignment Summary:
Establish a repeatable, easily manageable process to load industry data sets into global intelligence systems
Attend training sessions to learn universal tools linked to MySQL database development
Familiarize yourself with business development platforms to analyze and visualize data into valuable insights for more informed decision making
Engage in professional development workshops to enhance your business acumen and professional presence
On-the-Job Responsibilities include:
Performing analytical analysis on large drug molecule products utilizing the ligand binding and immunochemistry analytical techniques; such as ELISA, MSD®and Gyrolab®
Working as part of a team alongside other lab analysts, study managers and project managers to perform analysis in accordance with GLP, GCP regulatory requirements.
Contributes to a cohesive team environment. Plans individual assigned workload on a daily basis in coordination with team members, can effectively manage multiple assignments.
Assists in evaluating data and experiment modification as directed.
Maintains a clean and safe laboratory work environment. Demonstrates understanding of Health and Safety compliance by ensuring that policies/SOPs and training are up to date.
