Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with finance and HR & Reward teams to resolve discrepancies and answer queries.
• Develop and maintain detailed reports on bonus and commission structures.
• Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
• Assist in the implementation of new commission schemes and bonus plans.
• Monitor and track performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with financial software systems.
