Bookings & Customer Experience Agent

In this role, you will be integral to their operations, helping to scout and manage models, coordinate bookings, and maintain excellent relationships with clients and models alike. This position offers the chance to work with some of the industry's top talents and brands.
 
Responsibilities will include:
 

• Identify and scout potential models.
• Coordinate model bookings for fashion shows, photo shoots, and other engagements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and models to ensure their needs are met.
• Manage schedules, contracts, and negotiations.
• Provide support and guidance to models, ensuring their careers develop positively.

 
Requirements:
 

• Experience in model booking or talent management preferred, however those that are successful often have marketing, creative or customer service backgrounds. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for the fashion industry is a bonus!
