We are seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organised, work well in a team, and have experience with Sage Line 50 and invoice financing. This role is perfect for someone who is looking for flexible working hours and has a keen eye for detail.
Day-to-day of the role:- Complete VAT returns on a monthly basis.
- Perform data entry tasks including purchase invoices, credit notes, and bank payments.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and allocate customer payments accurately.
- Raise customer invoices and keep supplier accounts up to date.
- Handle general office duties such as answering the telephone, taking messages, and scanning documents.
- Run monthly management accounts to ensure financial accuracy and control.
- Engage in credit control activities and conduct supplier analysis to maintain financial health.
- AAT Level 3 Certificate in Bookkeeping.
- Experienced and proficient with Sage Line 50.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Proven experience in a similar bookkeeping role.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work flexibly to meet deadlines.
