Bookkeeper

Accountable Recruitment are wishing to speak to Candidates who are looking for Bookkeeper/ Finance Manager role within an established, owner-managed business near Liverpool City Centre.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position and come in & hit the ground running.

Salary: up to £35,000 (8.30-5pm - 40 hours) .

Location: Outside Liverpool city centre - parking on site.

Job Duties;

• Responsible for the accounts of multiple companies up to trail balance
• Produce management reports to provide insightful analysis for the director
• Develop reporting system, provide automated reports and financial models
• Monthly payroll for all employees
• All employee expenses
• Involved with upcoming system implementation
• Liaise with external accountants for year-end reporting
• Involved with compliance for GDPR

Ideal experience?

• Ideally AAT qualified or QBE
• Experience in producing accounts and good analysis skills
• Good Communication skills to speaking to the wider team
• Strong IT skills

Who will I report in to?

This role will report in to the Managing Director
