Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our clients team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage, and is proficient in accounts payable processes.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Monitor and track expenses to ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information
- Assist with payroll processing as needed

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
