Bookkeeper

Contract Scotland has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our established and professional client based in Stirling. This is a full time, temporary role for an initial 4 weeks however longer term opportunities could become available for the successful person.
This is an office based role, Monday to Friday 9am to 5ppm
Working as part of a small but busy Accounts team, you will be providing support to help with their busy workload, as well as dealing with a backlog of work they have. Your duties will include:

• Processing and managing all ledger accounts
• Reconciling invoices and dealing with any discrepancies
• Assisting with preparation of all financial reports and statements
• Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions
• Working collaboratively with the finance team to ensure all processes and procedures are adhered to
• Assisting with month end
• Tracking and processing all expense claims and dealing with any queries relating to this

You will have experience of working in a similar role and will have the ability to work accurately and efficiently, meeting all agreed timescales. You must have excellent communication skills and will be comfortable working with people at all business levels.
