We are an independent family run firm of Chartered Certified Accountants based in Faversham. We are a full service firm, dealing with a wide range of personal and business clients. We are a Xero certified practice, with extensive expertise in Sage, QuickBooks, FreeAgent and other applications.

We are looking for someone to join our team to assist with bookkeeping and management reporting. Prior experience of bookkeeping is essential and knowledge of Xero is a distinct advantage. However, we do not regard experience in a professional practice as important, so we are equally keen to meet candidates from outside practice or who may have been out of the workplace for a period of time. A formal qualification is not essential but it would certainly be an advantage to be qualified or part-qualified in AAT or similar.
The role will include bookkeeping for a regular portfolio of clients, assisting with management reporting for those clients as well as providing other support and assistance to other members of the team. To some extent, the position will be defined by the individual and thus represents a great opportunity to develop an enjoyable and rewarding role.
This can be full or part time, will be office based initially but flexible once established. The salary will be variable depending on the agreed role and the experience of the individual.
